Two Justices who voted to uphold Arizona’s 1864 abortion law are on the ballot

Only two of Arizona’s seven Supreme Court justices are on the ballot and both voted to uphold Arizona’s 1864 law severely restricting abortion. Clint Bolick and Kathryn King were among the four justices who voted to uphold the old abortion law. Both were appointed by Rep. Governor Doug Ducey.
